I cant play video again after this finish

hello, my problem is that I play the video, I look and when it ends I want to see again, give play and the picture freezes. The video does not progress and I have to reload the page Which Makes You Have to wait to charge the video. Sometimes I can not put down the volume or pause the video.

please help.
