I disabled the Hardware Acceleration, restarted my browser, and nothing happened.

I think it was wrong. Probally he need to ENABLE it but it can't be enabled

I have same bug. Installed on same Windows 10 Firefox 32bit and Firebox 64bit

FF x32 can use GPU (Stage3D)

FF x64 can't use GPU ... but this panel show that it enabled - actually games with stage3d don't work anymore.

If you want GPU in Flash - you must use Firefox 32 bit but not 64

There's a bug on 64-bit Firefox.  It's fixed in Nightly, if you don't mind using a daily build.  The fix should ultimately bubble up into the more stable channels.
