My email is [removed personal information], I use windows 7 and I believe my browser is firefox.  I have tried to install before but it did not work.  So I need help to install it.   But how in the world can I communicate with you?   I run into a blank wall whichever way I turn.

Hi,No need to post the same issue multiple times. These are primarily user-to-user forums and folks reply if they feel they can be helpful.
