The Adobe Flash player has been discontinued and is no longer supported by modern browsers.

What are you trying to do with your Wordpress blog that is giving you a Flash issue? Could you give more detail of what is happening? There is most likley a Wordpress plugin that would give you the functionality you're after without any Flash requirement.
