I have a problem with Microsoft Windows 10 updates and Microsoft Help Desk couldn't help me

How can I resolve this issue?

    Hi,

    Microsoft releases the Flash Player updates for Windows 8.x and above.  Error 0x8007371b is a Microsoft error code it is not a Flash Player error code.  I performed an internet search for this error and did not find anything definitive to recommend to you.  Microsoft is the one that has to diagnose this error and help you resolve it.

    But Microsoft couldn't help me and offer me to get support from Adobe

    Hi,

    The screenshot you posted is for Flash Player for Firefox.  The update you are attempting to install is for Flash Player for Internet Explorer and Edge browser.  This update is released by Microsoft, not Adobe. Not sure why Microsoft is not providing assistance and telling you to come to Adobe for assistance installing one of their updates.
