I was using flash to make games. After the flash ends, if it is an executable format that uses an exe file, is it possible to run it even after it ends on a personal terminal?

    追記します。

    作っていたゲームはWEBにはアクセスしません。

    FLASH内で完結した作りになっています。

    ゲームはブラウザを使用しないでプロジェクター化した単体で動きます。

    その状態でもブロックされ動かなくなるのでしょうか？

    You'd probably want to package up a virtual machine with a working copy of Flash that you can just freeze in time.
