I have a verified email and a password, yet I cannot get access to Flash Player

I don't understand, why do you need an email (address?) or password to access Flash Player?

I try to access the update. The window gives my name accurately and a box

for password. I enter the password and I get a reject message. I changed

my password and the same problem persists.
