I have Adobe 11.8 installed, but keep getting "Update Needed".....can't bypass this....can I get online help?

While on facebook, when I try to log into High 5 or Bingo Blitz...I get a screen which informs me that I need to update my Adobe Player.  I just purchased Office 365 which has the Adobe preinstalled.

What do I need to do to be able to play those games.  I'm not really a computer whiz....help!!!!
