I have an android tablet. I was able to view video and photos . Since dounloading update, I can't.Whats up with that?

I have an android tablet.I was able to watch video and view photos from facebook,etc. Now I can't What do I do? When I try to "open" the app, I get ablank screen.

    I found the problem: I was using firefox, instead of the installed browser, and now everything is back to normal.
