I have Flash player 17.0.0.188 the latist version is 19.0.0.185, when I try to download the new version, it cycles back to the check the flash player page, help, thanks

    Hi Maria, I have Window 8.1 64 bit x64 processor IE 9 I'm not sure how to screen shoot a page, but it's the typical page one would get if checking if there flash player is working by testing it with the details of how to enable it
