I have installed Flash player but it is NOT working. I have tried a deinstall and reinstall

Ihave installed flashplayer 11 however everytime I try to listen to the radio or upload pictures it tells me to install flash player. I have deinstalled and reinstalled. It is more than frustrating. please can you help me rectify this.
