I have un-installed it and re-installed. I have adobe shockwave object enabled. when I try to view video i get the error "you require flash plugin to watch this content";I now also have the added issue that I can't download attchments from my e-mails.can any one help?I'm using 64 bit windows 7 laptop and IE9

I don't think this is caused by Flash Player. Is it PDF files you have problems with?

Hi all

don't worry i have found the answer on the adobe find flash player page http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html

It was easy if using IE9 disable ActiveX filtering.

One problem solved.
