I cannot update Flash or Iphone etc. I bought this Mac at a reputable Apple authorized Store in Toronto Ont. Thank=you much, I tried to contact Adobe customer serv. after over 1.5 hrs was not able to assist, so I am here. Hello everyone. My first entry!!!

Seems like you are not able to login using Apple ID. If yes, please work with Apple support team.You can download the latest flash player from Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions Thanks.

What product are you referring to with the comment "This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled."?

I'm assuming this is coming from the Apple Store, but Flash Player is not available on the Apple Store.
