I have Mac 10.7.5 on Safari, tried to install FlashPlayer a dozen times trying all troubleshooting suggestions. Installs to about 75% and always says 'failed to install. Please help. Bruce

Thanks Maria,I took it to my local MAC store and it took 30 min but they solved it.Bruce

Hi brucek1169,

I'll need to get some installation log files from you to investigate further.  Please review the FAQ Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on the Macintosh? and provide all files listed (FlashInstall.log, Adobe_ADM.log, and Adobe_GDE.log).  Upload the files to cloud.acrobat.com using the instructions How to share a document or a file sharing service of your choice.  Post the link the the uploaded files in your reply.
