i have seen the quality of the video when i stream live says playing in hd but dont look like hd looks like 280p or 360p kinda fuzzy

ok the quality of the flash video when live streaming needs to be fix some times it says playing in hd but looks like 280p or 360p quality you know what i mean kinda sucks but i have seen some times it looks like hd closeup but far away it looks like low quality in the live stream it self
