I have the adobe Flash player 20.0 r0 and soon as I open firefox a window comes up that says...Adobe Flash Player 20.o r2 has stopped and under it ...A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. Now if I close the program , I can't do anything on my computer. I hit the -- button and wait for the next box that says stop the plug in. Then I can go back to what I am doing. I am no computer genius at all. This started when I removed a bad add on. I tried to remove and add it back on and after I removed it. It took me almost a week to get it back on. now the container wont open when I try to install it, but it says I already have it. It is just problems!!!

It sounds to me like you're seeing symptoms of a more fundamental problem with the computer.  If I had to guess, it's probably filesytem corruption.

I'm guessing that you're on Windows 7, but some basics (see the link below) would give me the ability to tailor the answer better:

First, before performing any filesystem maintenance, it's a fantastic idea to make sure you have working backups of anything important on your computer.  Filesystem corruption is often an early indicator of disk failure, and having lost my share of hard disks and homework, I always take this kind of stuff as a good reminder to make sure that my backups are in order.

Once you have copies of anything critical stashed away, then I'd scan for and repair any filesystem errors:

Check your hard disk for errors - Windows 7:

Once any errors have been identified and repaired, uninstall Flash Player, then install it from scratch.

    Uninstall Flash Player - Windows:

    Reboot your computer

Download Flash Player and run the installer.
