i have adobe flash player installed on Windows 10. I would like to find out how to check and see if I am getting new updates?

Right click on Start button>Control Panel>Flash Player>Updates.

It will show you what version of Flash Player is installed. Also, you can click on "Change Update Settings" to install updates as you want.
