I have Windows 10. I had been playing for quite some time a few games I like on facebook. All of a sudden one of them, my favorite will show a line that it is loading but then will not open playing page. I know google chrome has it's own flash player but  I do not think it is working. I have tried all the recommendations no luck. I need  layman terms on what I am suppose to do. Worked for me on my old laptop had everything transferred, and it still worked on facebook, then after 3 weeks it will load but not open.. Please help but I am not Tech.

Thanks

Kathleen

Kathleen, you will need to move this question to a Microsoft Windows forum, this is the Adobe products site. But, I am a Windows user and I can suggest that you uninstall the app that is giving you an issue and reinstall. I would begin there. Good luck.
