I have Windows 10. When I'm logged in as administrator on my home PC, I can watch any video - msn video, facebook, upstream, etc. When I'm logged into my personal account, the flash player is not working and can not see the videos. The Active X filter is off and the shockwave flash player is enabled. What could be the problem? Thank you.

    Hi,

I'm assuming you have your system configured to install updates automatically.  When did you first notice this issue? Was it before or after updates installing?

Yours is one of the first reports I've seen on this, but did find this article, which sounds related: Adobe Flash Player Stops Working on Windows 10 for Standard User Accounts

    I will investigate further.

    Hi,

Is this on Windows 10 Home or Enterprise edition?  What Windows 10 build do you have?  To obtain the build number do the following:

    1. In the bottom left search field type: winver
    2. Select Winver from the search results
    3. An 'About Windows' dialog box will display
    4. Take a screenshot (see How to post a screenshot in the forum) of the window and post it in your reply.

    Thank you.
