I just bought a Lenovo Thinkpad with Windows 7. I have an important website with video seminars I want to play. I keep getting this message: “error setting up player invalid license key” on all browsers. I have Flash Version 20.0.0.306, and it works everywhere but this website. I contacted the company, but nothing they told me worked. Yet they think it's a setting on my computer. However, I've done all the troubleshooting I could find and nothing works. I’m far from a computer wiz, and this is driving me crazy. Any suggestions as to what's going on, or what I can suggest to them to make these run on my laptop?  They run fine on my PC, also Windows 7.

Sometimes it just says that for no reason, more likely because it is having a problem. It might be the website's fault, but if you have Adobe Flash Player already, try reinstalling and installing. If that doesn't work, use another browser and try or install a different version.
