I just bought a new laptop and having trouble with Flash videos

When I went to Youtube it prompted me to download the latest Flash player so I did. Compared to my old laptop Flash videos on Youtube and other sites are pretty bad. Not exactly choppy but it seems like frames are skipped or something like that because it strains my eyes and gives me a bit of a headache to watch. The strange thing is if I download the video and watch it on Gom Player it is perfectly fine. The graphics is Intel HD Graphics and driver is 8.15.10.2202. Is the current Flash player just not very compatible with the graphics of this particular laptop?

It is possible that the new Flash Player is not compatible with the pretty old device drivers that came with your new laptop.

The latest drivers for Intel HD Graphics are 8.15.10.2622; go to http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect and check for driver updates (works best on Internet Explorer).
