I just uploaded the newest v of Adobe Flash Player on my desktop. Will it also transfer to my iphone

I just downloaded the newest version of Adobe Flash Player to my desktop. I use my iphone 3GS as my "computer" rather than a phone, connecting it to my Clear modem and Netgear router. I wanted to know if this version can be used on the iphone as it sometimes bogs down during music, Youtube, etc. Should I download this version to the phone or am I covered with this current installation to the desktop?
