I'm extremely confused about this.

Well, recently, my computer went through a very bad computer virus, I was forced to basicaly, "start my computer over" So I downloaded Adobe Flash Player from your website. It works fine until you restart the computer, or turn it off in anyway. When I get back on it would be gone, forcing me to re-upload it again, and again. I also looked through all my files and found nothing on "Adobe Flash" I am wondering if it's a problem with my computer, or with Adobe Flash. I think it might be saving Adobe Flash to my Temporary Internet Files, but I'm still not sure. If someone could please give me help, that would be great, thank you.

Let's start with the basics: what is your operating system & version, browser & version?
