I'm using Flash 14.0.0 and Shock 14.0.0179 with Firefox 32.0

I'm using Flash 14.0.0 and Shock 14.0.0179 with Firefox 32.0. I'm continually getting a 'Reload' or 'Submit Crash report' message. I cannot open a 'video' clip in Facebook at all. If I use IE as my browser...then I can do everything, with no issues. I have 'uninstalled' and 'reinstalled' both Flash and Shock a number of times. I have followed all the steps suggested to validate Flash and Shock, all Plugins are 'active'.

What more can I do to be able to use Firefox as my browser??

First, reboot if you haven't already done so, and see if the problem persists.

If that doesn't work, launch Firefox and choose Help > Restart with Add-Ons Disabled. If the issue goes away, it's a compatibility problem caused by another plug-in on your system. You'll want to re-enable your plug-ins one-by-one until you find the source of the crashes.

Typically this is either a security / anti-malware tool, ad blocker, or a "Capture Flash Video" plug-in doing something invasive and causing instability.

I've tried what you suggested with 'rebooting' and 'restarting with add-ons disabled' but that did NOT resolve the issue. So Here is the data you requested:

1) OS = Windows 8.1 Pro (Surface)
2) Firefox = 32.0
3) IE = 11.0.9600.17239
4) Flash = 14.0.0

Explanation of Problem:
