I'm using microsoft surface rt and websites keep saying i need to download flash player but adobe says it's integrated in internet explorer.

I can't use websites including Rosetta Stone for college because they tell me I need Flash Player. When I try to download Flash, Adobe says it's integrated and I can't download.

Adobe flash IS integrated in Windows versions 8, 8.x and 10, so in a nutshell usually running windows updates should get it to install.
