I install Flash Player, but it isn't on the start menu.

Why am I having this problem?

Flash IS NOT a program. It doesn't belong on the start menu. It's a Plugin for your Browser. You'll find it in your control Panel, and in the Addons manager (IE) or under  Tools>Add-ons (Firefox).
