1. What operating system are you using? (e.g. Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS, Linux)

2. What browser are you using? (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome)

3. Do you have Flash Player installed now? If yes, then what version.

4. What is the nature of your problem. Are you trying to download Flash Player for the first time? Are you trying to upgrade Flash Player? What exactly occurs when you try?
