I'm trying to install Adobe Flash Player on my MacPro OS. The file downloads but later in the process it asks for my NAME and PASSWORD. When I type in e-mail address and Adobe PW the screen only allows me to cancel. When I click ok nothing happens.
The e-mail and Adobe PW allow me to enter my account.
Your help is appreciated.

This is the OS, not Flash Player prompting for the password prompt. See the What userid & password do I need to install Flash Player? FAQ for more information. If you don't have a password, you leave the field blank and click OK to continue. If you've forgotten your password there are links in the FAQ to other sites for assistance with resetting the password.
