I need help with Cafe World and Cafe Land..why does the page come up blank ?

Hi..i have had issues with both games and at a loss what to do.

Cafe World shows me the gifts and the requests for things needed and when i click on them to send back, the page goes blank

I cannot see or go to any of my neighbors cafes..when i try to go to neighbors at the top of the page to add neighbors

i get a blank page as well..

when i go to ask for items to help me with the stove goals, i cant do it, i get a blank page.

in cafe land, i cannot move up because i cant seem to get the cooking goals to show up

I have gone to friends cafes, i have sent hearts ..i have used up all my hearts to increase the chance

of cooking goals

I used over a thousand hearts and still no cooking goals

I changed my cafe, i added things, the *open* sign for my cafe is no longer there
