I need to downgrade my flashplayer asap my office software isn't working!

im needing to downgrade to 20.0.0.228 and that the error I receive

Since you did not tell me what i asked i will provide you with the basics, assuming you are using windows 7 either 32 or 64 bit and active X variant

i suggest you run this official adobe uninstaller on this page Uninstall Flash Player for Windows

and download an older version from this page( You are going to have to research and use google to determine which version is best for you) Archived Adobe Flash Player versions

Once you do that you will have to MANUALLY install the following:

flashplayer20_0d0_228_winax.exe

I am assuming that you are not using any other browser such as chrome or Firefox either as there are different 'types' of plugins to use.
