• Flash Player version
• Explain your problem in step-by-step detail if possible
• If you get error messages, please provide a screenshot

Also, these are mainly user-to-user forums and users help when they can and staff participate M-F during normal business hours when they can.  Posting 3 times within 4 minutes isn't going to get assistance any quicker.  I have deleted your other triplicate post at https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2062040.
