i tried installing adobe flash player several times in my windows 7 32 bit pc but failed every time. After downloading and then running the exe installation file only a blank installation screen/dialouge box/window appears and it never gets installed

HI soumikc,

Please try the following:

1. Right-click on the installer file and select Properties
2. In the General tab click the Unblock button
3. Click Apply
4. Click OK to close the window
5. Double-click on the installer file to launch the installer

If that doesn't work, try the offline/standalone installer posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows page in the 'Still having problems' section.
