I use a Google Chrome notebook and my flash player is constantly crashing, freezing up, sending me a 'flash is not responding' message.  I was told by adobe that I should reset my settings and while it worked sometimes,its really bad again even with resetting my settings so I went into my flash player and clicked on 'reset licenses' not realizing what I was doing.  Now I have to download the licenses and have no idea where to do this and how to do this and what are further options for the crash and freeze?  thank you in advance!
