I've been using an E-book solution in a CD-rom format since 2012 and it's been perfectly working well until I downloaded Adobe Flash player 18 version.
I don't know if I found the right place to talk about it. I'm here in Korea. I'm not a programmer or any IT person. I'm just a English Textbook editor in a Korean Education publishing company. I have a problem. I've been using an interactive E-book solution in a CD-rom format since 2012 and it's been perfectly working well until I downloaded Adobe Flash player 18 version. I tried many possible things, but the main animation pages with two or three animated icons where I can choose "e-book" or "MP3 audio" are not activated. If I choose either of them, then it should have been directed to where I want. I think Flash Player 18 doesn't support the "link direction," Whenever I click the icons, the monitor becomes blank and all I see is a black solid screen.
Here is a solution. If I download any previous versions of Adobe Flash Player or 19.0 beta version, then the e-book solution works well. What's wrong with the 18.0? Is there a possibility Adobe can fix the problem? It's very urgent. Because we've made millions of CD-rom copies including this E-book solution since 2012, and our customers started to call us and complain this problem. The CD-Rom is not working. Is anybody who can help us there?
