IE 11 crashes when playing videos of Flash Player

Hello,

When I am Add Flash Video in my site [Link removed] Firefox and Chrome it's playing fine but when i am open my site Internet Explorer 11 then All of videos using Flash (except the ones from YouTube) crash when they try to play in IE11. Please Help me How can i solve this issue.
