1. I download the adobe flash install file. [moderator: deleted link]

2. I use it to install in a computer which cannot connect the internet.

3. The installing is successfully, but the you cannot find the flash in IE add-on.

I enable the internet connection, and reinstall again.

Everything is ok. You can see the flash in IE add-on.

How can I add the flash add-on in IE without internet connection?

Thank you !

What operating system, including version and service pack if installed?

What version of Internet Explorer?

Flash Player functions without an Internet connection.

When you go to Manage add-ons the default view displays 'Currently loaded add-ons'.  It's possible Flash Player isn't loaded.  Select to show 'All add-ons' to view a list of all add-ons installed on the system (whether loaded or not).

Thank you. And I find that the add-on is in the "run with out permission", Do you know how to get the permission for the shockware Flash Object? IE version is 11, Flash for IE version is 24.0.0

There are a lot of ideas in this article:

Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlier

One part points to the page that lets you check if Flash Player is enabled in IE:

Enable Flash Player for Internet Explorer
