IE Crashes after installing Adobe Flashplayer ActiveX 21.0.0.242

I have a Citrix machine based on Windows 2008 R2

I have downloaded and installed install_flash_player_21_active_x.msi

When trying to test the installation IE crashes.

All works fine with version 21.0.0.213

I tried to clean the machine with uninstall_flash_player.exe

But the installation still works but when testing IE Crashes

Anyone has an idea?

Solution of the situation:

The following procedure works

- Set server in maintenance mode

- Deinstall version 21.0.0.213 with uninstall tool

- Reboot server

- install 21.0.0.242

- Reboot

- Change state of server

Thanks for the update. Citrix develops and releases a variant of Flash Player specifically for Citrix clients, but we don't have a lot of direct expertise. They're probably going to be a better resource in general, although we do appreciate the information.
