IE issues with January 2013 updates

After the early January automatic updates to Reader and Flash Player, IE9 stopped working on my Vista operating system. When I uninstalled them, IE started working again. Was this just a faulty update? Should I reinstall them?

FArouet11 - Could you try our latest Flash Player beta and let us know if that allows you to properly load pages in IE?
