Im trying to download and update the flash player but it wont let me accept the terms of use on step 2. How can I update if it wont let me?

The screenshot you posted is not from the official Flash Player installer.  That installer makes reference to a product called ByteFence and something called Palikan.  Neither of these are associated with Flash Player installers.  I'm not sure of ByteFence, but, according to a quick internet search, Palinkan search is a browser hijacker, which is promoted via other free downloads, and once installed it will change your browser homepage and default search engine to palikan.com.  Adobe does NOT include these types of products in our installers.  Nothing installed from Adobe will hijack your browser homepage, etc.

I recommend deleting this file from your system and running a thorough virus, trojan, malware, etc scan on your system.

Adobe actively goes after websites that host malicious Flash Player installers. Please private message me the link to the site where you downloaded this malicious installer from and I will forward it to our security/fraud department to follow-up on.
