In search of help

So I am trying to load a game but once I hit play it takes me to a blank white page. It had something that said "To play Town Of Salem please install Adobe Flash Player version 11.4.0 or greater." and then I clicked it and it didn't work. When I clicked on it again, it took me to this website to show me how to allow it. I followed all of these steps and I didn't do anything. I've tried everything and nothing will work. I contacted the support system and they led me through multiple steps and none of them worked. they said to post my concern here and assistants would help me. I just need help for it to allow me to play a game.
