In using Jackie lawson ecards and testing a card the card graphics break up. Is this a fault with my recently installed flash Player?

In using Jackie Lawson ecards and testing a card the picture breaks into sub sections.  Jackie Lawson help desk suggests I contact you.  I have recently installed flash Player and it is verified as being installed in my windows 7.
