Incompatibility of Flash with comcast xfinity

Question

When I try to stream a video from the xfinity home page I get an error message saying Flash is not compatible with xfinity.  I've re-installed the latest version of Adobe Flash but still get the same error message.  This identical problem occurs on two different computers, one runs Windows 7, the other runs Windows 10.  Both use Google Chrome browser.  Both are HP computers.  Comcast tech support says the problem is with Chrome or the computers.  What suggestion do you have to fix this problem?
