please need help is their any way that incredimail can start working again had incredimail over 20 years with the paid version. please help.

    1. Adobe does not make IncrediMail.  Sorry, we can't help you.

    2. IncrediMail shut down last year.

    3. You should switch to Outlook or use online web mail systems like Gmail or Yahoo instead of IncrediMail.  See links below.
