instaling adobe flash player 11.3 or above for androids (version 6.0.1)

Hi,

Flash Player for Android support was dropped years ago. I'd be surprised if it works on the latest Android version.  I actually wouldn't recommend installing it as it has not received any security updates since it was last released, which means any security vulnerability that has been fixed is not included in what you installed.

As for viewing recorded Adobe Connect videos that require Flash Player, I would recommend using a PC, not mobile device.  Alternatively, you can ask the Connect General Discussion  forums.  There's actually a similar topic posted there, but for iPad (How to access Adobe Connect recordings on iPad App), instead of Android devices.
