Install Adobe Flash Player quit unexpectedly.

Hi,

The above message keeps popping up when im trying to install the latest version of Flash. Ive tried the offline download link provided in other threads. It says install successfully but I dont see the plugin in my Safari. I also deinstalled everything en installed it again. Same message pops up. Thanks for helping.
