Install does not run on Vista

When you download the flash upgrade it does not run on windows vista any version. There is no error message, nothing happens when you double click on the install exe file.

It took me a while to figure this one out so I thought I would share the solution.

Go to where you downloaded the install file using windows explorer

Then right click the flash install file and left click Properties

In the general tab at the bottom left click the Unblock button and the click the Apply button

The Unblock button will disappear.

Now double click the install file and it will install the flash upgrade.
