INSTALL FLASH PLAYER PASSWORD PROBLEM

Question

Everytime I try to install flash player, I get the shake wrong password.  I cannot remember my old password for my system.  What is the easy way to get around this password problem?  I need to be able to install Flash Player!! I have a Mac OS X YOSEMITE version 10.10.5 upgraded from 2008. Thanks for your help.

Hi,If you are attempting to install Flash Player and are being prompted to enter a password, then please refer to the FAQ What userid & password do I need to install Flash Player?

If you don't have a password, you can most likely skip it and click OK to continue. If you don't recall your password, or have problems with it, the link Kratika posts includes links to reset your password.
