I had an Adobe flashplayer account connected to an old email address.  I'm trying to "install" the latest Flash Player and I've forgotten my password.  I just tried creating a "new" account, and that doesn't seem to be working either?  HELP!

You don't need an Adobe account to download or install Flash Player.
