I've gone through all of the steps to Install, including the troubleshooting.  It won't install and gives me a "Not enough permission to..." message

    Thank you for providing the OS information.  I'll need to get 2 log files, install.log and FlashPlayerInstallManager.log, to investigate further.  Please review the FAQ Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on the Macintosh? and configure your system to obtain these 2 log files.  Run the installer again and save the logs for the installation attempt.  Upload the 2 files to cloud.acrobat.com using the instructions at How to share a document or some other file sharing service of your choice. Post the link to the uploaded files in you reply.
