Installation bug for last version (24) flash player

Question

Hi everyoneI have windows xp sp3 32bit and I use mozilla firefox. There s a bug while installing the last version of adobe flash player. Basically I download the installer, double click it, see the percentage bar fill up until approximately 50% and then it says "Installation failed".I tried to unistall the old version and install the newest but it didnt work. I'm not sure if this procedure is the so called "clean installation".Help me please.

Hello sbammm. I assume you visited the usual Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions using Firefox and are having difficulty running the online installer for Flash Player 24 NPAPI. I suggest you try the Still having problems? section at the bottom of this Adobe help link: Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlier

Oh, and be sure to close Firefox before running the installer.
